Fees

Single Session
FEE: $100 each

If long-term counseling is desired, the per session fee is reduced to $75 each after 5 sessions.
A limited number of sessions with sliding scale fees are available for unemployed or underemployed clients.

TIME: Each session lasts 50 minutes.

IN PERSON / PHONE / FACE TIME / ZOOM: I work with clients from my Yellow Springs location, but for those who wish to work with me from a distance, individual sessions are available through the convenience of the phone, FaceTime or Zoom.

I accept cash, checks, Venmo (@maxine-skuba) and PayPal (maxine[at]maxineskuba.com) for direct payment and credit cards.

For clients conducting long distance sessions, payment for each session must be pre-paid to Venmo (@maxine-skuba) or PayPal (use the email address: maxine[at]maxineskuba.com). I will send you an invoice prior to each session if desired.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation: 24-hour notice is required to cancel a scheduled appointment.

Late cancellation (<24 hours) or no shows are subject to a 50% fee.

Late arrivals receive what is left of the appointment time with a full charge fee. If schedules are flexible that day, the full time may be given at my discretion.
